General
Most car rental companies will not allow you to visit another country. However, each car rental company has its own cross border allowance which varies from company to company. Detailed information about restrictions can be found in the ‘Important information’ section of your lease.
When you book a car, you will see a list of additional services and products that you need. Most often, GPS navigation, child seats and boosters, an additional driver or additional insurance coverage are offered.
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation by contacting customer support. Please note that all booking changes must be made no later than 48 hours prior to pick-up date.
We accept the majority of credit and debit cards for advanced payment. The remaining amount can be paid at the pick-up location by method accepted by each car rental provider, but in most cases you will still need a credit card for the deposit.
We offer rentals from 1 day and up to 3 months. However, some car rental companies set up 3 days as a minimum rental period. Rentals for more than 3 months are available upon request.
Most companies permit car hire to drivers over the age of 21 and below 80, provided they have a minimum of one year’s driving experience. Typically, drivers aged 21–25 and 75–80 are subject to additional insurance or young driver and senior driver surcharges, respectively.
Yes, you can rent a car using the one-way rental model, leaving it at another point in the same city or in another one.

Here is the list of required documents:
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport or ID card for identification
- International Driver’s Permit (IDP) if relevant
- Credit card issued on driver’s name (debit cards and another holder’s cards can’t be accepted).
Registration of order
Third-party liability insurance is included in every rental. Other insurance packages are optional. Some car rental companies offer insurance packages during the booking process while the others may offer them at pick-up.
Yes, you can book a car for someone else, but they must meet the rental requirements.
Yes, a deposit of 15% of the total rental cost is required to confirm your reservation.
You can add a second driver during the booking process before the pick-up and by requesting this upon arrival to the pick up location.
Yes, you can modify your order by contacting customer support, but the final price and availability of cars may change.
To place an order, select pick-up and drop-off locations, choose a vehicle and enter the required driver details.
Booking confirmation
If you cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancelling less than 48 hours before pick-up may result in a partial refund or no refund.
It is a confirmation letter with your rental details, including pick-up location, dates and vehicle information.
Check your spam folder or contact customer support to verify your booking.
Yes, once you complete the payment and receive a confirmation email, your booking is confirmed.
Some car rental providers may require customers to make an advance payment to confirm a booking. This may be done by sending a secure payment link or bank payment details.
After you make an advance payment, a confirmation with your order details will be emailed to you.
Payments
In some cases — especially for bookings with delivery outside business hours or for individual/long-distance delivery — the rental service provider may request an advance payment of between 50 and 100% of the total rental amount.
The customer must make the payment within 48 hours of receiving the payment request. If the advance payment is not made within this period, the booking may be automatically cancelled by the rental service provider.
Currently, only advance payment is possible online, and the remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the car.
The remaining amount must be paid at the pick-up location. Accepted payment methods are specified in your order, in the ‘Important information’ section. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or other available payment methods at the time of booking.

Refunds
If your booking is cancelled by the provider, you’ll usually be entitled to a full refund or an alternative car rental option.
Normally it takes 5–7 business days, but return processing times may vary.
A full refund is only available if your order is cancelled within the stated free cancellation period.
Refund requests are handled through customer support.
Pick up and return
If you have added your flight details to your booking, the car rental company will be able to track your flight and may hold the car for you for some time.
If your flight is delayed it is important to call the local car rental station using the contact number of the company displayed in your confirmation email as soon as possible.
Most companies have a grace period of 29-59 minutes after the end of the rental. For details, please check the ‘Important Information’ section of your rental. The conditions and amount of fines for late return, leaving the permitted zone, damaging a car, speeding, eating and smoking inside the car are specified in the terms of the contract.
All conditions for returning the rented car are specified in the contract. In case of deviation from the conditions, contact your rental company to discuss the specific situation.
The main driver needs to present the following (all held in their own name):
- An ID card/passport
- A credit card with sufficient credit to cover the deposit for the car
- Full Driver’s Licence
- Our confirmation email that you have received with the details of the rental.
NOTE: you will additionally need to present an International Driver’s Permit if your domestic driver’s licence is issued in non-latin alphabet.
